The conference host hotel is the Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa.

For those with confirmed reservation , you may receive a confirmation which will verify your room during the meeting and inform you of a $10 self parking fee imposed by the hotel. This fee has been waived and will not apply to attendees of this conference that book within the SCWCEA room block.

The group rate is $124 + 11% tax and $.50 chamber fee per night.  Self parking fee is included in hotel rate.  Valet parking is $12.00 per night.

The Group Code to secure this rate is WCE.

The Hilton will provide shuttle service to the meeting for individuals staying on their property.  The Marriott will provide return shuttle service to attendees housed at the Hilton.

Cut Off Date at the Hilton  is Friday, September 26, 2008 at 5 pm. or once the room block is filled.
